Simply put, we love what we do, and nothing makes us feel better than to get someone back on their feet. We can’t take all the credit; we are backed up by our phenomenal administrative support staff, who, without a doubt, keep everyone on track and organized and run the behind-the-scenes stuff that allows us to focus entirely on you. This is efficiency at its finest!

Despite being a Maple Leaf fan, we like Ross. And, we think he is pretty funny. He is very passionate about helping people recover from all types of injury. With years of experience in training, coaching and mentoring athletes, he holds not only a degree in physiotherapy but also one in kinesiology. He is also a jack of all sports himself and is the guy to turn to for recovering from injury with his strong manual therapy skills. Other passions? Food. Especially cookies and stir-fries…

Cassandra is one diverse physiotherapist. Born and raised in Yellowknife but having Italian and Newfie roots, Cass headed to Saskatchewan for university.

Outside of work, she may be out on the water, at the golf course, or at home watching the F1 race with her little one.

Nelson has received his Master’s of Physical Therapy from UNBC in Prince George which has given him an excellent and varied collection of skills. Hailing from Summerland he has an affinity for the outdoors and loves to golf, fly fish and play a good game of pond hockey. Braden is one unique kinda guy with a diversity of interests. Born and raised in Salmon Arm and schooled at The University of Manitoba, he’s an amazing part of the Easthill Physio Team. He is 100% enthusiastic about being a physiotherapist and loves to continue to learn and perfect his skills. He’s also got an exceptional green thumb and is always up for a good documentary. He is a self-proclaimed closet farmer, but his beekeeping secret is out! His second choice of career may have been to become a rodeo clown, but his primary passion is helping people get better. His motto? Find what you love and let it kill you.

Alex is an inquisitive guy who soaks up all the knowledge he can. With an honors degree in Kinesiology and a Masters in Physiotherapy, Alex has the tools to get you better. Raised in Saskatoon, he is curiously fluent in Spanish, has a bike obsession and has a massive sweet tooth. Alex es un chico geniale!

Calm and confident, this small-town prairie gal holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Saskatchewan, and she knows her stuff! Her even-keeled, organized and easy-going nature makes anyone feel like they are in competent hands. Natasha loves any activity on the water and thinks living in BC is a dream because there are actually lakes. She’s a super dog mom, a bit of a movie buff, and thinks nothing is better than a good brunch.

Paiten is our salt of the earth, home-grown farm girl, and one smart gal. She graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta, and a Health Sciences honours degree from the University of Calgary. Paiten has experience working as a hockey team trainer and contentiously loves the Toronto Maple Leafs. When Paiten isn’t stopping you from hurting, she is busy working out, crafting, or cuddling her six-pound Chiweenie (we didn’t know that this mix of a Chihuahua and Dachshund existed either). She has a keen interest in solving dizziness and vertigo issues and getting to the root of your aches, pains and injuries. Read Paiten’s Story here.

Darcee is excited to be back at Easthill Physiotherapy as a Registered Physiotherapist after spending two years on our administrative team before being accepted into the UBC School of Rehabilitation Sciences. Having worked her way from the front desk to the treatment room, she knows the Easthill experience inside and out.
Equal parts creative and curious, Darcee has appeared in a music video, a Hallmark movie, and two short films, self-published a fantasy adventure novel, helped solve a missing persons case, and has played the piano since age six.
She brings that same energy into her physiotherapy practice — combining evidence-based care with empathy, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to helping patients move better and feel their best.

As a former competitive swimmer, and the daughter of hyperactive Ironman parents, she has witnessed first hand how effective massage and alternative therapies are in managing life’s injuries, aches, and pains.
Alex recently moved to the Vernon area from North Vancouver, and she brings years of experience in therapeutic and relaxion massage, including: – Swedish – Deep Tissue – MFR, NMT, TrP – PNF Stretching – Prenatal, Pediatric, Geriatric

He was the team physiotherapist for the Canberra climbing team and became famous for rehabbing climbing injuries. He also loves skiing and biking. He competed in big mountain freeride competitions in his youth, and participated in the Ironman Hawaii!
Lastly, when Sean isn’t in the clinic, you might find him perfecting his yo-yo skills while sipping a nice dark beer!

He has a vast collection of skills, from manual therapy to acupuncture, as well as many years of experience. He’s an outdoor guy who moved from Vancouver to explore the Okanagan on bike, shoes and skis. He’s a bit of a weather connoisseur and has a little obsession with checking the forecast regularly. When he’s not outside, though, you might find him buying all the day-old doughnuts at Ratio….he has a little weakness for baking.

Meet Rob, one of the co-owners of Easthill Physiotherapy + Acupuncture. Rob not only has taken post-graduate training in concussion rehab, manual therapy, and treatment of vestibular/balance issues, including vertigo, he has a fabulous background in kinesiology and biomechanics. After spending two decades braving the northern wilds, Anna is back where her heart is — in the sunny Okanagan! Originally from Salmon Arm, she’s thrilled to call this beautiful region home once again.
When she’s not lighting up the office with her bold personality and razor-sharp wit (did we mention she’s fluent in sarcasm?), you’ll likely find Anna cruising around on her new e-bike, conquering local trails, paddle-boarding the nearest lake, or being walked by her sassy little Morkie. Family time in Salmon Arm and Kelowna keeps her grounded — and well-fed.
With a voice that carries (and opinions to match), Anna brings energy, humour, and just the right amount of chaos to Team EHP. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

The wizard behind our customer service, front desk management, and the efficiency of our office, Ali is not only our Administrative Director but the best at making our patients happy. This girl is smart. Ali has an almost obsessive attention to detail, order and cleanliness. She keeps our clinic running like a well-oiled machine. Any questions or concerns? Ali will do anything in her power to track down an answer or a solution for you!

Hanna is always on the go – she loves to travel! Adventure calls her name as she enjoys skiing, paddle boarding and cooking. She is always in an upbeat mood, and her cheeriness is contagious! She is a self-proclaimed sushi aficionado, and cat Fin have her wrapped around their paw. Hanna is also a 3rd-year Psych student at UBC and is a huge asset to the EHP team!

Where to start with this go-getter? Midori always has something on the go, whether it be photography or dog sitting. This West Coast gal is a diehard road tripper and playlist maker. Midori, is bound to make your visit memorable with her undeniable charisma and charm. Her motto? ‘Behind every failure is an opportunity to learn!’

Kelsey is a bright ray of sunshine in the clinic and brings warmth and attentiveness to every interaction. She loves spicy food, and we mean SPICY! Soccer is a huge part of her life, and she loves cheering on team Canada. Finally, Kelsey is a very proud cat mom to Pim, her adorable feline companion.

Rheta has lived all across Canada and is happy to settle back in the Okanagan where she was born and raised. Having tried her hand at a few different trades (fashion design & merchandiser, retail manager, and nail technician) Rheta has now found a home at Easthill, settling in brilliantly with the team. Rheta is more than willing to lend a helping hand by answering your questions and making you comfortable (or a cup of coffee). Rheta’s favourite pastimes include cracking jokes with coworkers and clients alike, spending summers on the lake, snowshoeing in the winter, and crocheting new additions to the office décor!

Andrea has a passion for fostering dogs, yes—it’s as chaotic and heart-melting as it sounds. A close second, is her love of garlic bread and will advocate for its inclusion as a balanced food group. She is constantly staying active and challenging herself, with a proud 220 lb deadlift and two half marathons under her belt. When it’s time to recharge, she’s usually planning her next adventure—currently with Iceland and Croatia at the top of her travel list. Need dog photos, training tips, or advice on your best post-workout carbs? She’s your go-to.

Iris is one classy gal. She takes pride in her high cheekbones and is a self-proclaimed fashionista. She’s a bit of a gossip, though, and loves to know everyone’s business. You’ll see her welcoming in our clients in an array of outfits depending upon her mood. She also loves to teach; she often assists our physiotherapists in anatomy lessons for our clients. Don’t ask her about Stanley; she likes to keep her personal life private at work, even though WE all know they have a mutual attraction…..

Easthill Physiotherapy + Acupuncture Clinic has protocols to ensure the utmost safety for our patients, team and community. We have worked hard to protect our public health during this pandemic. Medical masks are mandatory for all staff and patients to keep everyone safe, and we appreciate your commitment.
We continue to follow the guidelines and protective measures indicated by our regulatory boards and governments. Our team has also had extensive training on our new protocols, and we are all 100% committed to ensuring our patients’ safety.
This is the new normal.
All patients and staff will be screened before each visit. Unfortunately, anyone showing signs of respiratory infection will be unable to come into the clinic. We will encourage and book virtual physiotherapy appointments for those that need help but are symptomatic if a client is at greater risk or for anyone who is not comfortable coming into the clinic.
We have the highest standards for hand hygiene and cleaning. All equipment and rooms will be disinfected after each use, frequently touched surfaces will be sterilized, and personal protective equipment will be used in all appropriate situations. Patients and staff will have hand washing stations to ensure proper frequent hand hygiene.
We also understand that it is necessary to reduce the risk of transmission with physical distancing. To do this, we have installed plexiglass barriers, reduced the number of appointments available by spreading them out and designed an optimal patient flow that minimizes contact with other patients and staff before and after appointments. Our team is also committed to practicing these as measures of hand hygiene and physical distancing outside the clinic to be safe when they return to work.
Although it may seem different with the steps we need to take, the Easthill Physiotherapy + Acupuncture team is still the same! We still believe in the same values and are here to provide an extraordinary physiotherapy experience. This is not going to change. Our goal is to keep all of us healthy and happy.
Our fabulous admin team is available to book in-clinic appointments now. Or if you prefer a virtual physiotherapy visit, we can book that too. Please call us at 250-545-2922 to book an appointment or if you would like more information.
